Pre-1979 Income Tax Statutes

Prior to the adoption of the Income Tax Act of 1978, Arizona had a substantially different income tax code.  While it is mostly of no use anymore, some old, outstanding income tax appeals are still affected by these rules.

Arizona adopted its version of the Uniform Division of Income for Tax Purposes Act in 1984.
